This program is built around the six proven domains of leadership identified in the Kansas Executive Development for Superintendents series. As a participant, you will explore and master:
Visionary Leadership
Change Leadership
Inclusive Leadership
Instructional Leadership
Managerial Leadership
Interpersonal Leadership
It does not matter if you lead a massive district, a small rural school, a cooperative, or an interlocal. This program challenges you to grow your understanding of leadership and apply these six critical domains directly to your role in special education.
To ensure your success, you will work alongside highly trained coaches. These coaches will engage you as a thought partner and encourage you to identify specific areas for targeted growth. They will help you follow through on the exact steps needed to facilitate and sustain meaningful progress for your staff and students.

This program is for Special Education Administrators who have completed their first two years in leadership and a mentoring program. Attendees could be Directors, Assistant Directors, agency-wide Coordinators, or others within a district, interlocal, or cooperative who are responsible for organization-level leadership in the following areas: Visioning, Program Design, Strategic Planning, Leading Systems Change, or Building Staff Capacity.
