ADDITIONAL CONFERENCE INFORMATION

Vendor Showcase

Our conference would not be possible without the generous support of our partners and vendors.  Time has been built into the schedule to allow attendees to visit and learn about products and services to support our work and the students and families we serve.  A Vendor Showcase “Bingo” card will be available upon registration.  Each attendee who completes this card can exchange it for a KASAE grocery bag!

This year we expanded our invitations to include a new sponsorship level:  Community Partnerships were offered to agencies that provide critical services to students with exceptionalities and their families.  We are happy to highlight some of our valued partners in our Vendor Showcase!

We have two student programs represented this year in our Vendor Showcase!  Please take time to welcome students from Iola High School who will have a booth, and are also presenting a breakout session!  Also, we are excited to welcome students from the Salina Transitions Program again this year!  These students are collaborating with KASEA to produce your complimentary Conference T-Shirt!  Congratulations to Region 7 for submitting the winning t-shirt design this year!

PARKING

For non-hotel attendees is located in the hotel’s gated parking garage. The garage has a 7’ clearance.  Wichita has recently changed parking regulations and moved to the use of the Park Mobile app. No free parking is available.  KASEA has negotiated a nightly parking fee of  $1.75/hr up to $12/day for the garage (regular fee is $14).  The Park Mobile app also works for the parking lot across the street (Zone 99257, $20/day).  Depending on how long you will be parking, it may be cheap

If you are needing a place to park a trailer or bus… please contact Ann Matthews (amatthews@keystonelearning.org).

KASEA Online Store

Speaking of shirts….. Visit the registration area to view KASEA apparel!  We have some items in stock in various sizes, and others available to purchase online at our KASEA Store!  Just use the email address  you use for your KASEA membership to set up your account and order what you want, in your perfect size!

PhotoBooth

Plan to gather your KASEA colleagues for a selfie or portrait at our photobooth! Post your picture using our QR code to share the fun!

Please note photographs and footage will be taken throughout the conference. These will be used by KASEA for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website, and on social media.

Who’s Here?

Look for the Kansas Map of KASEA regions and be sure to place a flag on YOUR region.  It’s fun to see how we cover the state!  The region with the highest representation will receive some special KASEA swag for distribution at a spring region meeting!
